Yeah, yeah it’s been a hot minute since I last posted. No I didn’t abandon the blog, and no I’m not dead (obviously), I’m just starting to understand what my father meant when he always complains that there aren’t enough hours in the damn day. Sometimes, something needs to pushed aside briefly to get other things done.
February was hectic, stress filled, and for the most part not fun, and I would’ve much rather been here posting about movies and such. The husband changed jobs, the IRS is being a pain in my very large ass and hasn’t sent us our refund yet, I was working on starting a new business (and I still am), and I am feeling the existential dread of turning the big 50 in 71 days.
With all of that said, I’m back and will hopefully not go radio silent again for a while.
